This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The left side has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
Hihi~ While I think the CCS/TsubasaReservoir pics you chose to edit are cute, I don't think that adding borders and blurring qualifies for placement under Digital Art>Drawings> Anime. That kind of thing can be done in a few minutes, whereas the original artist probably spent at least an hour or two. You can ask around, but I'm pretty sure that you'll need to have drawn *every* part of the picture yourself to categorize them thus.
Well, if it were me, then I wouldn't post them at all; if it's not something I drew 100%, then it feels like plagiarism. I don't even like using stock backgrounds, and it's been at least 5 years since I even used a piece of official art for website design. If forced to just pick a category, however, I might've chosen Designs & Interfaces, mostly because I can see the bordered pics as being used as splash pictures on websites, that sort of thing. "The Designs & Interfaces gallery focuses on practical and functional design rather than art-for-art's-sake." The bordered pics seem geared for that sort of application. I wouldn't risk letting people think that I drew a pic if all I did was blur the background and add a border. Yes, even with a full disclaimer citing the artist and series, I'd think twice about it. Plagiarism is a sticky thing to defend against after all, when some really strident person comes along and accuses you of it.
But at any rate, seriously? If you're unsure (about this or any other aspect of art submission), you should really ask at the FAQ Help Desk or in the Help Forum. The majority of pieces in your gallery are ones that some people would find to be questionable. A hardcore CCS fan who's familiar with the series art might've reported you already.
